WHO WE ARE

Port Elizabeth Rifle & Pistol Club

Welcome to the Port Elizabeth Rifle and Pistol Club (PERPC). One of the oldest, if not the oldest shooting club in South Africa, dating back to the late 1800’s. PERPC evolved from several sport shooting clubs over time, to what it is today. A modern multi-discipline shooting venue.

PERPC offers the sport shooter International Practical Shooting Confederation (IPSC) matches in handgun, shotgun and rifle disciplines. Big Bore, Black Powder, Steel Challenge and Cowboy Action Shooting on NRCS approved ranges.

Safety is our top priority. All new members must attend a Safety Orientation Workshop, where we cover:

  • Development Woman and Youngsters
  • Safety Orrientation
  • Manipulation Under Stress
  • Introduction to Firearms Handle and Use
